Getting to know LAM Logistics LLC
LAM Logistics LLC was founded in May 2022 by Lori A. Miller. It is Individually owned and operated as a freight brokerage company, DBA on multiple platforms.
My background is 20+ years of extensive operations and operational support in Domestic and International Logistics. I have experience in (but not limited to) export booking arrangements, customs compliance filings, and export documentation creation to all Import markets around the globe: Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, S. American, N. America, Australia, and also Caribbean Markets. Consolidation/Packing services (on and off-site). Supply chain sales order management and customer service, customs classification, warehouse inventory management, quality inspection coordination, able to source and compile a bill of materials order (BOM) in a manufacturing environment. Dashboard and KPI creation/coordination/visibility to my customers. Managed and created standard operating processes (SOP). Developed a flow of importation into Guyana's brand-new market (with complicated import licensing requirements) for one of the largest oil and gas deep-water drilling companies. Global account management covering four continents for one of the largest swallow water drilling companies.
